Following are the terms of the unlimited wash plan of Car Wash Palace. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before subscribing to our unlimited wash plan.

The Unlimited Wash Plan is a no contract program.
Car Wash Palace will charge to the authorized guest’s credit card account at the time of purchase each month at a recurring rate until it is canceled online or place of purchase.
The Unlimited Wash Plan is for residential use only. It is not valid for commercial vehicles, taxis, Uber, Lyft, or any rideshare vehicles.
Car Wash Palace reserves the right to cancel membership or transfer any vehicle to the Fleet Plan if the vehicle has been identified as a commercial vehicle.
There are no statements issued to the customer when the Car Wash Palace payment bills each month.
Car Wash Palace reserves the right to cancel the Season Ticket at any time for any reason.
Car Wash Palace reserves the right to cancel a guest’s Season Ticket Unlimited Plan membership if the card processing system declines the monthly charge.
The corresponding Unlimited Wash Plan sticker must be installed on the driver’s side windshield by Car Wash Palace authorized personnel at the time of purchase.
Unauthorized use or tampering with stickers will result in account termination.
Monthly rates may be increased, with notice posted at the place of purchase at least 30 days in advance.
Any Unlimited Plan payments shall be payable and are non-refundable regardless of use.
Cancellations must allow up to 7 business days to complete
